◆ Product structure and composition

This product is mainly composed of atomizing core tube, atomizing cup, inner cover, upper cover, connecting straw (or mask) and oxygen pipe. After ethylene oxide sterilization, the product is sterile.

◆ Product usage

This product is used for inhalation nebulization treatment of patients with respiratory diseases in medical units.

◆ Mixer performance

Atomizing cup can bear pressure ≥0.4MPa; The atomizing cup shall fall freely above 1 meter from the ground and shall not be broken; Under the working pressure of 0.1MPa-0.22MPa, the single-use nebulizer should be able to ventilate smoothly without leakage when the intake flow rate reaches 5.0L/min~8.0L/min; The minimum atomization amount should be ≥0.10ml/min; The proportion of atomized particles with diameter < 10μm should be ≥60%; Test solution and blank solution

The difference of pH value should be ≤1.0; The residual amount after sterilization with ethylene oxide should be less than 10μg/g; Single-use nebulizer and oxygen connecting pipe should be sterile.

◆ Method of use

Add the drug to be used in the atomization cup, connect the atomization cup with the match one by one, cover the mouth and nose or bite the mouth into the entrance, and turn on the air source for atomization treatment.
